In accordance with our Mission Statement, Linn County ARES is not another club but rather an administrative organization to plan for and coordinate the participation of Amateur Radio (HAM) operators in the Linn County, Iowa area. We work with the various clubs in the area, including the Cedar Valley Amateur Radio Club (CVARC), the Eastern Iowa DX Association (EIDXA), and the Collins Amateur Radio Club (CARC).  Linn County ARES is part of ARES Iowa District 6 West.
